Step 1: Contact Us for a consultation. This gives us the opportunity to match the best services with your unique needs.

Step 2:  Using the email code you receive, log in to the secure client portal to complete online intake paperwork.

Step 3:  A provider will contact you to answer any questions you have and to begin with sessions and messaging. After you have become a client you will be able to log in and schedule your own sessions.

Resolve offers several different options for therapeutic care to meet the needs of unique individuals. We also take most of the major Insurance Benefits to decrease the financial burden for the client.  Please contact us to find out if we can meet your specific needs.

Also, please note that Resolve is run by clinicians who are dedicated to helping people. We never want financial hardships to prevent you from getting the help that you need. We are in the process of developing a scholarship plan for those experiencing financial difficulties, but in the meantime, please let us know the extent of your need if it is preventing you from seeking services.

Resolve Mental Health is a group practice so some providers are in-network with various insurance companies. If you are interested in using your insurance, please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate you.  

There are no long-term contracts with Resolve. If you would like to sign-up for a monthly care plan you will enjoy the benefits of Unlimited Messaging with your provider and a package of sessions. The care plans are month-to-month subscriptions and can easily be cancelled with a 30 day notice. If you would prefer not to be on a care plan you may also choose to pay-per-session.

Resolve Mental Health does not provide crisis or emergency services. Please contact local emergency services or 911 if you or anyone else is in danger.

Yes! We have providers that specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families. While the internet may be a familiar setting for adolescents, it may not be the best fit for counseling if your child is not wanting to talk. Often times the therapeutic relationship starts with non-verbal interactions in the office before a child feels comfortable opening up verbally. This could be a much more difficult stage to accomplish during online work. However, if your youth is asking for help, online services might be a fantastic option.    

The state laws for licensed professional counseling vary from state to state. Resolve Mental Health currently has providers that are licensed in the state of Texas and therefore can only offer mental health counseling services to clients in the state of Texas by law. As providers join Resolve from other states the options for counseling services will expand to other states.

Coaching services do not require a licensing board, are not bound by state law, and are available regardless of location. While all Resolve providers are licensed clinicians, some of them are also certified life coaches. The process of working with a life coach is very different than it is with a professional counselor. Yes. We offer a free consult with a licensed professional before getting started. We do this to make sure that our services will be the most beneficial to you available. If after the consult, you choose to become a Resolve client, you will be given a login to a secure portal where you can communicate with your provider and schedule your own sessions.
